Blah Blah Blah opened on 15th October 2004. The owners are Jonathan Gillespie and Lee Davies. Jonathan manages the business day-to-day with Head Chef Lee. Together, their aim is to offer good food and wine without ripping customers off.

Blah Blah Blah concentrates on providing traditional English food using seasonal produce. The menu is written in plain English: what you see is what you get. House specialties include steaks of which Blah Blah Blah's signature dish is Beef Wellington.

Restaurant opening hours are from 6.30pm until midnight, Tuesday to Saturday (last sitting 9.30pm) and midday until 3.30pm Sundays. Diners may choose to eat either indoors or outdoors.
