You’re wondering what I did when I decided to build a blog section into this site: nothing.

I planned to write about how I built the site, even setting up an article ready to fulfil it’s potential. It would have been a great blog entry, but then I did absolutely nothing with it.

So what have I learnt? Well, to me the most important lesson of blogging is to contribute regularly to it. How do you do this? Write small, manageable and useful entries. I think the key to my downfall was I planned my first article to be an all encompassing guide to building a site like this, which it shouldnt have been!

So, keep it short and sweet! And in that vein, I now plan to write regularly, starting with the different parts of this site! Not only will they be nicer to read, and easier to find, I shouldn’t avoid writing them… shouldn’t…
